What questions should customers think through before talking to a contractor about their project?

Clients should do their research and be ready to provide the types of materials, colors, & styles they would like. I like to tell our clients to do some scrolling on Pinterest for ideas. Just search for example "new pool ideas" if you're looking for ideas on a new pool. We will take it from there.. We will take care of you.

What advice would you give a client looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To never settle with the cheapest bid, but to look for the person who offers the best quality. Your home deserves the best hands on it. Make sure it's done right the first time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Client Meeting | Property Walk Through

2. Proposal Is Sent Via Docusign

3. Client Reviews Proposal & Signs When Ready.

4. Deposit

5. Project Begins On Project Agreed Start Date.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I'm fond and very proud of a project we did last year in El Dorado Estates, a Long Beach neighborhood full of beautiful homes. We renovated their entire front and back yard. Took over 7 months to complete but the couple was ready to have their dream home. We started by renovating their pool and gave it a new look with pebble tech, new coping and tile around the rim of the pool. Then we installed all new large angelus pavers for the entire back yard to compliment their new pool and a custom concrete out door kitchen that we also built for them. Their back yard was transformed completely, and I'm still amazed and proud of my self for designing the entire home backyard and front yard. Every little detail of it. It all started with a 3D design, 8 months later we had a new home.
